You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, within 14 days from the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:
• The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (online or by phone).
• The products must be in their original condition, unused and the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) must not have been removed.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
The return will be accepted only after approval by the Company.
For hygiene reasons, the Company does not accept returns on socks. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any way to replace them.

The return process depends on the method of receiving your order:

1. If the delivery was made by ACS:
• The return is made exclusively through an ACS store, with a recipient charge.
• Fill out the Return Form (you will find it here).
• Place the products in the package along with the completed form.
• Glue the lower part of the form (with the ACRONITH logo and address) to the outside.
• Deliver the package to an ACS store.

2. If the delivery was made by BOX NOW:
• The return is made exclusively through BOX NOW Returns.
• Fill out the Return Form (you will find it here) and place it inside the package.

• Choose the appropriate locker size and receive the relevant code.
• Go to any BOX NOW Locker, enter the code on the screen, place the package and close the locker.
• Return via BOX NOW is free of charge for the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
By using our partners (ACS Courier, BOX NOW)
you can make your return free of charge with a recipient charge. In case you choose to use any other shipping company, you are fully responsible for the shipping costs and pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the package.

REFUND:
The refund is made in the same way that the order was paid for (e.g. card charge, bank account deposit, PayPal, etc.). Only the purchase amount of the products is refunded to your account. Shipping costs are not refunded. The process is completed within 20 business days from the date we receive and check your return.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
The order can be canceled in the following cases:

• Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can remove the quantities of the products from your cart by clicking on the delete button.
• If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/shipped, you can contact us by phone at +30 2311 261 914 or electronically at info@acronith.com and we will take care of the cancellation of your order.
• If your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it and you wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately by phone at +30 2311 261 914 or by email at info@acronith.com and provide your order details. IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Free product returns apply exclusively to orders within Greece.
For purchases from other European Union countries, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
